The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tapul – City of Talisay is honored to have the presence of City Mayor Hon. Samsam Gullas, Vice Mayor Hon. Richard “Choy” Fernandez Aznar, City Councilors, and SK Federation President Hon. Jhon Van Restauro, who graced us with their support and leadership.
Weโd also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council, led by Brgy. Captain Hon. Maryann Togonon Nolasco, for their ongoing support. Thank you to the PYAP Officers, led by President Sophia Bianca Nolasco, and UCTA Officers, headed by Saicy Nolasco, for their efforts in organizing this event.
Weโre also grateful to the judges, muses, players, and the constituents of Barangay Tapul who joined us and made the event even more memorable.
