The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tapul is now accepting requirements for the Cash Incentive Program. Qualified residents are encouraged to submit the complete documentary requirements within the prescribed schedule.

❗ No complete requirements, no release of cash incentive.
📌 Please submit two (2) photocopies of each required document.

✅ For Board Passers

• Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Screenshot of your name from the PRC Board Examination Results
• Photocopy of a valid ID (front and back) with three (3) signatures on the side
• Certificate of Residency

✅ For College Graduates

• Certification of Graduation
• Photocopy of a valid ID (front and back) with three (3) signatures on the side
• Certificate of Residency

✅ For Grade 6 and Grade 12 Graduates with Honors

• Photocopy of Diploma
• Certificate of Recognition
• Photocopy of a valid ID (front and back) with three (3) signatures on the side

📅 Submission Period: July 13–17, 2026
🕙 Time: 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
📍 Venue: Barangay Hall

Applicants are requested to coordinate with Hon. Mary Lane Bilalay upon submission of their requirements.

• Applications submitted after July 17, 2026 will no longer be accepted.
• Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
