All teams are hereby informed that the screening and submission of official line-up and muses for the Tapul SK Cup 2026 will be held on:

📍 Purok 2 Campo Gym
📌 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
👥 For Players:
• NSO/Birth Certificate/Voter’s Certificate/Baptismal Certificate (original & photocopy)
• Valid ID (original & photocopy)
💃 For Muse:
• NSO/Birth Certificate/Voter’s Certificate/Baptismal Certificate (original & photocopy)
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Muse must be 18–25 years old and a registered voter of Barangay Tapul
• Each Purok is required to have only one (1) muse
• Failure to comply will result in an automatic loss of one game
• Presence of muse is required during screening
